The Supplier offers free transfers to / from Calgary International Airport, airport area hotels and downtown area hotels.
Please note: no transfers provided after 1:00 pm.

Pick Up
Vehicles can be collected at our rental stations from Monday to Saturday between 9am and 3pm local time.

Drop off
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12noon (inspection ready). Sufficient time should be allowed for packing suitcases and cleaning vehicles. There will be a $30.00 charge per hour if the vehicle is overdue without Four Seasons RV’s permission. Rental extensions must have prior approval from Four Seasons RV Rentals.

Supplier offers fee transfers to / from Calgary International Airport terminal, airport area hotels and downtown area hotels if the bookings are 10 days or more, for any bookings less than 10 days,the transfer service will cost $100 per rental for up to 4 passengers.  Please note: no transfers provided after 1:00 pm.

The Supplier offers free transfers to / from Vancouver International Airport (YVR), airport area hotels if the rentals are10 nights or longer in duration.  For any rentals less than 10 days, the transfer / shuttle service to and from Vancouver Airport area to the physical depot in Abbotsford will cost $100 per rental for up to 4 passengers. Transfers begin at 8.30am and no further transfers  are provided from Airport Area Hotels after 1:00 pm.

Please note:  there are no transfers to / from Vancouver Downtown and Vancouver Cruise Terminal customers must make their own way from these locations to the physical depot located in Abbortsford 90km SE from Vancouver Downtown.

Please note the physical depot is situated approximately 72kms away from  Vancouver Airport area and your transfer trip will take roughly one hour to the physical depot for vehicle collection.  If you have not done so already please give us your flight details or hotel details at least 2 days ahead of your arrival to ensure we know where to meet you for shuttle pick up.
